Ticket Policy Terms & Conditions
- Artists, programs, prices, and times subject to change without notice.
- Age recommendations are often noted for each production. There is no official rating system for live theatre. Judgment should be used based on children’s age and maturity level. Where age recommendations are not noted, the ticket holder should inquire with the event producer directly.
- All youth must be seated with an adult. Babes in arms and children under the age of two are discouraged, unless otherwise noted. Every person entering the auditorium must have a valid ticket.
- Any person whose presence or conduct is deemed disruptive or objectionable may be asked to leave by management. Expulsion cancels and forfeits this ticket, including all claims to a refund.
- Latecomers are seated at a suitable break in the show at the discretion of management.
- Cameras and recording devices are prohibited inside the theatre. Mobile devices must be turned off during the show. Please refrain from wearing scented products.
- The ticket holder is responsible for inquiring about procedures and rules regarding refunds and/or exchanges with the event host/producer directly. The theatre is not responsible for tickets sold by unauthorized entities.

Paying For Your Tickets
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, money orders (in Canadian funds), cheques, and cash.
Receiving Your Tickets
Tickets will be sent by email as a PDF attachment, which can be printed at home or displayed on your mobile device. Upon request, tickets can be printed through our Box Office and held at the venue or sent through Canada Post. Express Mail is available at an additional fee.
